| We launch a brand new customer-focused website on February 05, 2009. The site, www.finaluninstaller.com, is designed in direct response to our research into what the customer really wants. |
| The new look website has a more up-to-date design and an improved structure. The website contains many features such as improved usability and navigation, user-friendly page and so on. It is more informative; main sections such as Final Uninstaller, Support, and Affiliate have been given greater prominence and the site is now fully accessible to everyone. |
| We have always taken customer care very seriously. Over the last half year we have conducted a series of informal research programmes and the results have influenced the new website design and content. As well as giving the website a cleaner and more modern design, we want to make it more user-friendly. |
