The Final Uninstaller database currently contains 588 supported programs. Support for the following programs has been added in this update. Visit the database page for a complete list of supported programs. |

All users are strongly encouraged to update Final Uninstaller by clicking on the “Online Update” button at the bottom of the interface of Final Uninstaller. This update module determines exactly which update files you need. It reduces the amount of information you will need to download from our servers. If you are unable to use the Online Update function, download a full file from our site and install it on your computer. However, the file you download will not always contain the latest database information. |

Your program is based on a very smart idea.
I’ve been using them “special” uninstallers since win95.
It was QuarterDeck’s CleanSweep (later Norton or Symantec CleanSweep)back then.
After win2K I’ve found that Ashampoo Uninstaller is THE program for me. The only drawback is that you have to take a “before” and an “after” system snapshot.
If I have to clean through a client’s machine, the default uninstaller, rarely works OK.
I think that’s where Final Uninstaller comes into play, right?
What a great idea!
One suggestion though; could you please include an “advanced” uninstaller procedure so more experienced users could decide which registry or file entries will be removed during the initial uninstalling procedure?
Also a .REG backup would be a nice additional touch in case of an overzealous user’s action.
